Once there is availability on the specified date and time(s), the system will acquire the tickets, and you will receive an email from Kirby Cafe's website, as well as an email from us, indicating your reservation details.

If the reservation is not confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled date, we will proceed to cancel the order and issue a refund.
