Once there is availability on the specified date and time(s), the system will acquire the tickets, and you will receive an email from Kirby Cafe's website, as well as an email from us, indicating your reservation details.

If a reservation is not secured within 24 hours of the date, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
