Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ('Terms') govern the use of our reservation service at Kirby Cafe ('Service'). The Service is provided by Pablo Gutiérrez, identified with ID ES72058691J ('We' or 'Service Provider'), and by using it, you ('Customer' or 'User') agree to and are bound by these Terms. Please read the following terms carefully before using our Service.

1.1. To use our Service, the Customer must make payment for the cost of the reservation, which varies depending on the number of people and the reservation date.

1.2. In the event that we cannot obtain the requested reservation, we will refund the full amount, except in the case of requesting a date that has already opened reservations (black and orange colors in the date selector), in which case a management fee of €1.50 or its equivalent in the payment currency will be applied for management expenses.

2.1. The Customer has the option to cancel their reservation at any time. However, a handling fee of €1.50 or the equivalent in the payment currency will be applied for administrative expenses.

3.1. If, within 24 hours of the reservation date, we have not been able to secure the requested reservation, we will proceed to refund the amount paid using the same payment method used to make the reservation.

4.1. Once the reservation is successfully made, no refunds or changes will be made. The Customer is responsible for honoring the reservation on the agreed date and time.

6.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on our website.

7.1. For any questions, comments, or concerns related to our Service or these Terms, the Customer can contact us through the Telegram channel (@kirbycafebot) or by email at [email protected] . By using our Service, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. The Customer declares that they have read and understood these Terms before using our Service.
